Hip new hotel in a calm area near public transport, restaurants, local attractions and shopping and sights and restaurants. Newly renovated, huge room with decent air con, and excellent staff. Incredible and stunning position, in the center of the town. Again, walking distance to Yasaka Shrine.

I didn't feel like leaving.

The staff was perfectly fine and exceptionally nice and the place was clean. Asked for queen room and it was well-designed and neat with decent air con. The location in a wonderful area was marvellous and there were a market and all the major shops nearby. Gion district was worth exploring.

The location was particularly good - near pubs and bars. Double room with 3 beds. A good choice of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, a work desk, and television.

Also, location was absolutely incredible, relatively near a Maruyama park. This hotel was in a shopping area really close to all the main shops both sides of the river and everything-able to rest in the day and transport. The room was well-organised and great-sized, with comfortable bed and a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the bathroom.

Truly an excellent little and modern hotel. Well-designed and good-sized room with bar attached, amazingly nice staff. Irish bar in the venue.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Excellent little and gorgeous hotel in the middle of Kyoto. Large room with decent air con. The staff were perfectly fine and accommodating and the location was amazing. A good restaurant and an Irish bar available.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the main sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The room we booked was perfect, with enough space for two large suitcases and a comfortable queen bed. Additionally, as vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find plenty of nearby restaurants catering to our dietary preferences.

We felt extremely welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

location: the hotel was near that connect to ninenzaka preserved old streets, and the tourist spots in gion. it was near kappo umezu, where you can have lunch. the room with 3 beds.

The employees were very helpful and always tried to give information.

Location, comfort, value for money(!)

Stylish and modern room with decent air con was enjoyable. The location was incredible and particularly good, in the Gion precinct of Kyoto with a short walk to the local train station;))

Modern and clean hotel, incredibly nice staff. It's own balcony, a writing table, and closet space in the room and the big bed. Comfortable bedroom, marvellous and amazing location. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The room with decent air con. Location: the hotel was right by many restaurants, various train, subway and bus lines and the center of the Gion district. It was near Teppanyaki Manryu, where you can have lunch...

I liked staying in this idealhip new hotel. The room I got was well-organised and reasonably large with bar, bathtub and decent air con. Had a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the bathroom. The location of the property was incredible and amazing - at a short distance from a serene temple. Food was amazing and I have nothing but real good memories from this trip.

Plenty of amazing food at breakfast time. Huge and neat units with bar and decent air con, as example. Marvellous and incredible location, just a short walk away from Miyakomesse Convention Center.
